Order Processing Times
Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out promptly.

Estimated delivery times range from 7-20 business days depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
Vector Six Brand Products
Typical delivery time is approximately 3-7 business days for production, plus an additional 5-10 business days for shipping, depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on the product, destination, and shipping method. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries through CJ Drop Shipping and Gelato Print. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Issues & Lost Items
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur due to customs processing or carrier issues. Please contact us if your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time. Lost or damaged packages must be reported within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
